Loan Pre-Qualification

  • One of the first steps you will want to take is to find out how much you will be able to spend on your home. You do this by getting pre-qualified for a mortgage.  The Gallagher Group has direct access to over 40 different lenders. Our lenders specialize in matching our clients with financing options to fit your needs. 

 Why do you want to buy?

  • List what kind of home you'd like and where you would like it to be.  Separate the "must haves" from the "want to haves". Think of yourself as zeroing  in on a target, going from general to specific.
